BUBBA LOVE!

Hi friends!

So much has been happening around the den these past few weeks. We thank you all for your kindness and generosity in donating to the Big Dog Ranch Rescue, recipient of $650.00 thanks to your support.

Ironically, we fostered a senior, special needs bulldog found wandering the streets of Palm Beach County, and his end point was to be the Big Dog Ranch! However, after several days we noticed he had some significant health issues—he is deaf, has multiple seizures per day, and clearly struggles with anxiety. During our first week, we requested permission to take him to our vet who concluded the same and estimates his age somewhere between 8 and 10 years old.

After speaking with the Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control and BDRR, it was apparent that his health issues need special care, lots of attention, and preferably a home environment. We just did not have the heart to let him go. So, our second foster fail is BUBBA!

We launched a few new pieces of Bubba merch and have reset the clock on our donations so that our next recipient will be Palm Beach County ACC. They surely need the money and are working on these new short term foster programs with the hope of getting dogs placed faster. We appreciate the help with making our adoption official. For as long as Bubba has left, he will be comfortable, well fed, loved, and is freaking adorable too.
